No Parking Zone
Reason #1 not to block the driveway of my fraternity house... or any fraternity house for that matter: your car might get newspapered and moved into the middle of the street. I had nothing to do with this by the way.

I have been a part of many a riotous night that ended sideways, but never towed.. usually young men in boxers ended up racing into the street and trying to move their cars, only to realize that they were still too intoxicated and so had to recruit sleeping apartment dwellers to do the job for them, while unamused officers looked on. Great Pic!!
