These shots are of La Sagrada Familia, a cathedral primarily designed by Antoni Gaudi. Gaudi has designed many of the buildings in the Gothic quarter in Barcelona and has apparently been fairly influential on contemporary architecture. Construction on this cathedral began in 1882 but it still hasn't been finished, and I edited the cranes out of the first picture.
I'm starting to pick up a bit of Spanish and I've been having a great time here. We went to check out a jazz club last night and that was a lot of fun. I actually have some reading to do though so I'll have to write more later.
